   What sets Romania apart from its European neighbours is the state of its infrastructure. Billions of Euros are expected to arrive in Romania through structural and cohesion funds between 2007 and 2013.
   'The Diplomat – Bucharest' and Wolf Theiss aim to bring together for the benefit of an exclusive audience key decision-makers and major players involved in infrastructure.
   Government officials,  representatives of local authorities as well as companies from the private sector will attend the Annual Business Symposium.
